Our Practice abides by the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) and the Health Records Act (VIC) 2001 in the handling of your personal and health information, and health records transfers. If you have any issues or complaints please contact our Practice to discuss your issues in the first instance so we can help resolve any issues before they escalate. We’re always looking for ways to serve you better. As an accredited Practice, we encourage you to share your health care interaction with us so we can improve how we meet your health care needs. You can do this by completing the Patient Feedback/Complaints Form. We will respond to you within three business days.
