If you have any issues or complaints please contact our Practice to discuss your issues in the first instance so we can help resolve any issues before they escalate. Watsonia General Practice has a zero tolerance policy to abusive, violent and aggressive behaviour. As an accredited Practice, we encourage you to share your health care interaction with us so we can improve how we meet your health care needs. You can do this by completing the Patient Feedback/Complaints Form. We will respond to you within three business days.
